End User Licence Agreement

Permission to use RIDR

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use RIDR for its intended ride-recording and rider-community features, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.

Do not copy, modify, resell, interfere with or attempt to reverse engineer RIDR, except where the law gives you that right. You must meet the age requirements shown in the app and applicable to you.

Ride recording

RIDR records routes and ride details using your device and the permissions you grant. GPS, maps, speed and distance can be incomplete or inaccurate because of device, signal or road conditions. RIDR is not a navigation or emergency service.

Set up RIDR before moving. Do not handle your phone or interact with the app while riding. Follow traffic laws and ride for the conditions. Your judgement and safety remain your responsibility.

Your rides and content

You keep ownership of the rides, photos, captions and other material you submit. You give RIDR permission to store, process and display that material as needed to provide the service and to show it to the people you choose through its sharing and visibility features. You are responsible for the material you submit and the visibility settings you select.

Community rules

Do not use RIDR to post or share content that is:

• Illegal, threatening, harassing or intended to harm another person
• Hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive or spam content
• Sexually exploitative of a child or otherwise abusive toward a child
• Infringing of another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights
• Promoting dangerous riding, racing on public roads or other unlawful conduct

Use RIDR’s in-app reporting and blocking tools to flag content or users. We may remove content or restrict or close accounts that violate these terms or put people at risk.

Service and liability

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of RIDR and may update these terms. RIDR is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

RIDR’s handling of account, ride and location information is described in the Privacy Policy. You can stop using the app at any time and request account deletion through the app or Support.
